New Canons appointed for St Asaph Cathedral

The Bishop of St Asaph has appointed three new Cathedral Canons. The Revd Martin Batchelor, Vicar of Bistre near Buckley and Mission Area Leader of the Borderlands Mission Area has been appointed as a Cursal Canon. The Revd Kate Tiltman, Vicar of Ruabon and Mission Area Leader of Offa Mission Area and the Revd Steve Green, Vicar of St Andrew’s, Garden City near Queensferry have both been appointed Honorary Canons.

Llangollen to welcome its new Vicar on Sunday 9 December

The communities of Llangollen, Llantysilio and Trevor will welcome the Revd Lee Taylor as their new vicar on Sunday 9 December. The Bishop of St Asaph and the new Archdeacon of Montgomery, the Ven Dr Barry Wilson will lead the special service of licensing and welcome at St Collen’s Church, Llangollen at 11am. All are welcome.
