The Mission Area as a Charity
All Mission Areas are registered charities and are expected to comply both with the requirements of charity law and the Church in Wales Constitution.

Trustee (MAC) Roles & Responsibilites
Our Trustee Guide to the Mission Area explains the work of the Trustee Board (the MAC) and its sub-committees. The Trustee Guide is also available in Welsh.

All trustees (members of the MAC) must sign the Charity Commission Trustee Declaration.
Trustees (MAC members) must also sign the declaration required by the Constitution of the Church in Wales.
Training in how to be a Trustee (member of the MAC) is available on request from the Diocesan Office, either face to face or on zoom – or you can watch the training sessions above.
The Charity Commission also provide guidance for trustees.
