Here is the annual diocesan return which needs to be completed and returned by each Mission Area. We have streamlined the documentation this year in response to your feedback and hope this helps at this busy time of year. Please can you appoint someone from the Mission Area to oversee completion of this document.
The return can be returned by email or by post. Our preference is to receive the information electronically if possible, as this reduces costs and saves paper. Email returns should be sent to stasaphoffice@cinw.org.uk. Please make sure that your completed return is received in the Diocesan Office by 31 May 2020.
The personal data provided will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with other members of the Church in Wales in order to carry out a service to other members or for purposes connected with the Church in Wales. We will only share your data with third parties outside of the Church in Wales with your explicit consent.
We hope that all Mission Area office holders will understand that, for us to function efficiently and effectively, we need to be able to contact people and may sometimes need to share information with other members of the local churches, Mission Area, Diocesan Office or the Representative Body.
As part of our commitment to protecting personal data and to ensure full compliance with GDPR legislation, we will no longer be producing a printed Diocesan Directory and will be moving to an online directory for 2020. This will allow us to control access to data more carefully and to update information as soon as we are notified of any changes. More detail will be provided about the online directory later in the year.
