Sound Bath Meditations in our Churches
A number of churches across the diocese are offering Sound Bath Meditations.
The experience differs in different churches – some use crystal bowls and others digitised tones, frequencies and instruments – to create an atmosphere conducive to connecting with God and offering a spiritual experience.
This film features two vicars in two churches:
- Fr Huw Bryant, Mission Area Leader of Dyffryn Clwyd who runs crystal bowl meditations in St Saeran’s Church in Llanynys and St Peter’s Church in Llanbedr.
- Fr Lee Taylor, Priest in the Valle Crucis Mission Area who runs regular Sound Baths in St Collen Church in Llangollen.
