Seven New Deacons Ordained

The Bishop of St Asaph has today (24 June) ordained seven new deacons in a service in St Asaph Cathedral. The Rt Revd Gregory Cameron was accompanied by the Bishop of Lancaster, Rt Revd Dr Jill Duff who is also an honorary assistant bishop in the Diocese of St Asaph. The preacher at today’s service was Revd Dr Katherine Grieb from Virginia Theological Seminary, Alexandria. You can read her sermon here or watch the film of her sermon below.

- Emma Dale, who will serve in Alyn Mission Area
- Ana Davies, who will serve in Alyn Mission Area
- Gwen Dixon, who will serve in Pool Mission Area
- Kathryn Hall, who will serve in Estuary & Mountain Mission Area
- Hugh Richardson, who will serve at Hope Street, Wrexham
- Cass Meurig Thomas, who will serve in Valle Crucis Mission Area
- Pam Hallam Wedley, who will serve in Offa Mission Area
