Opening of Hope Street in Wrexham

Church leaders from across Wrexham joined civic representatives for the formal opening of Hope Street in Wrexham today (Monday 8 November). The short introduction and service was led by the Bishop of St Asaph, the Rt Revd Gregory Cameron and showcased some of the activities, events and services already underway at Hope Street.

Today’s guests included some of the partners in the project, alongside the Diocese of St Asaph, such as the Church Revitalization Trust and The Church Army. The Wrexham-based firm of architects who draw up the plans for Hope Street, Lawray, along with the contractors, The Simmonds Group also attended today’s event.
